Order Processing

Once you've placed an order, our team immediately begins to process it. We aim to pack and ship your order within 7-8 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping to Hong Kong

The procedure for sending orders to Hong Kong involves some extra stages. Items are transported from our warehouse in the U.S. to a storage facility in Hong Kong. A domestic logistics provider then delivers these goods to the customer's specified location.

Tracking Your Order

You'll be able to monitor your order's progress using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR RING SIZE?

Determining your ring size can be a tricky process, but we're here to help. Follow these steps to find your perfect ring size:

What You'll Need:

A piece of string or a strip of paper
A ruler with millimeter measurements

Steps:

Cut a thin piece of string or paper strip.
Wrap it around the base of your finger where you intend to wear the ring. It should not be too loose or too tight.
Mark the point where the two ends meet.
Measure the string or paper against a ruler in millimeters.
This measurement is the circumference of your finger.

Once you have the measurement, refer to our Ring Size Chart to find your corresponding ring size.

Thank you for shopping at Mosha Gallery. We strive to ensure our customers have a wonderful shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not fit as expected. In such cases, we offer a return and exchange policy as detailed below.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Size Exchange: If the item you received does not fit, you can exchange it for the same product in a different size. Please note that the item must not have been used or worn, except for the initial try-on.
30-Day Window: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Exclusion of Artificial Damage: Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or intentional alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our contact page. Provide your order information and the reason for the return or exchange. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.

Condition of Return

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. We cannot accept returns of products that have been damaged, whether the damage is physical or appears to be caused by improper care or handling. This includes any damage that could be considered 'artificial' or deliberately caused.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.
